"The lovely Kate hosted a very special “heart opening” class for my friends Hen back in 2019 .
Kate came to our rented house and set everything up so professionally in the garden and took us through a flow that everyone (from newbies to regular yogis) could be challenged by and enjoy. We did some cute acro moves too, great for group bonding!
I couldn’t recommend Kate enough as an instructor, she adapted to our pace and was really engaging with everyone throughout. Look forward to the next event!"
